Smokefoot Trade & Loan was founded over 40 years ago by Art Rauchfuss and Pete Nelson. We are located at the foot of the Blue Ridge Mountains in beautiful downtown Morganton, NC. 

Not only have we accomplished that goal, we have since grown and have been voted Burke County's "Best of Burke" Pawnshop 16 times in a row.

Yes, we are a pawnshop, but we are NOT your typical "pawnshop".
